Infographic: Interesting entrepreneurship statistics
Entrepreneurship is one of those things where you learn as you go. According to 51% of people, the best way to learn about entrepreneurship is simply to start a company. That’s because there are so many unknown factors when you start your own business. While you might be incredibly successful at it from the get go, you will find yourself constantly having to learn new things so you can grow. On the flip side, you might fail (entrepreneurship’s four-letter F-word) – but that doesn’t mean you can’t be successful on further ventures. Entrepreneurship knowledge is cumulative, so as long as you are open to it, you will grow personally and professionally.
Entrepreneurship is often a solo sport when you are getting started but you have to realize that you are part of a bigger entrepreneurial system. There are 400 million people in the world who are entrepreneurs. That’s a lot of people – and a lot of businesses. These other entrepreneurs can be both your support system and a part of your education. It is your support system because you can open up to other entrepreneurs about the challenges you are facing. Often, working through challenges with others is more valuable than if you tackled them on your own. It is part of your education because you can learn from those who have come before you.
While entrepreneurship presents many challenges, the one thing you need to know is that the majority of entrepreneurs feel that they are equipped to overcome challenges.
Here are some interesting entrepreneurship statistics about that might help to shape your journey to success.
